Laura Parsons is the consummate New Englander. She grew up spending her summers in Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard and Newport. She studied at Massachusetts College of Art and attended post graduate studies at Rhode Island School of Design and Boston Architectural College. It was her passion for antiques, fine art and beautiful textiles that led to a career in interior design. She began by working for a large showroom in the Boston Design Center.
In 1999, Laura relocated to beautiful Naples, where her family had a second home. She founded her own firm in 2002. Her design firm quickly grew into a successful career. Her work earned immediate recognition for its fresh and innovative style. Laura’s approachable nature puts clients at ease, making the design process an enjoyable experience. As the owner of Pure Design, Laura’s design aesthetic is one of quiet luxury that is beautiful, functional and, above all, comfortable.
